Ian is process focused. You can just tell that’s how his mind works. I remember jumping on the original call with him discussing our vertical specific marketing process for his Thursday Process webinars. I just answered questions. By the end of it, Ian had mapped out a beautiful flow chart which was basically identical to our internal SOP!
I highly recommend having a conversation with Ian. He’s a straight shooter and down to Earth. Very easy to talk to. You never feel like he’s trying to get anything out of you. He’s genuinely trying to help and that’s rare and appreciated.
